strong participation by all team members in all the set activities. In order for us to achieve a high quality output,
we use a 3-phase approach as highlighted below:

i) Preliminary review meetings/Assessments:
Pre-event assessment & review of relevant documentation / structures and personalities to have a good
understanding of the structure & culture of the organization.

ii) Event facilitation
Our certied facilitators take the team through the set program and lead them through a journey of discovery and growth.

ii) Post Event Report/Evaluation & Follow Up:
Based on the feedback and observations made during the pre-event assessment phase and the actual event, we prepare a comprehensive report that
